We provide an interest free payment plan to students who have been accepted into the Firefighter I&II training program. The payment plan breaks the practical portion of tuition into either 4 monthly payments, or 8 bi-weekly payments. To register, simply click the prompt in the application package!
The Firefighter I and II Program at The CFRC has been designated as eligible for Part-Time federal and provincial student funding.
If you require this funding in order to participate in the program, please apply for funding BEFORE applying for the program. This will ensure that you are aware of eligibility, and the total amount of funding available before remitting the non-refundable application fee.
The Canada Student Loans Program and The Province of Alberta/Alberta Students Finance provide loans and grants to part-time students in need of additional funds to meet their educational expenses. Apply online through the Alberta Advanced Education and Technology website Student Aid Alberta. The same application form is used to apply for Provincial and Federal student loans, grants, subsidies and some scholarships.
